Sports Massage appointments are available at our Rebel Clinic in beautiful Wargrave.  The clinic is a professional treatment space with a hydraulic bed and rehab area. 
Sports massage treatment focuses on preventing and treating sports-related injuries, improving athletic performance, and enhancing overall recovery.  I work with athletes of all levels, from recreational to elite, and am able to tailor techniques to meet the specific requirements of each client. 

Regular sports massages can prevent injuries and maintain optimal muscle function. During these sessions we can identify and address potential trouble spots through a postural assessment and range of movement testing. Specific treatment of identified areas can promote flexibility, improve circulation and reduce muscle tension.

Rebel Recovery

I have competed in a range of sports and was lucky enough to have a sports scholarship at university for snowboarding.  I took up rowing whilst there and have spent the last fifteen years enjoying training and competing with my friends on rivers in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Surfing whilst living by the beach in North Devon kept me busy for a while and trail running, paddle boarding and road biking have all been new additions, as well as triathlons.  In short i'll give most things a go and if there's sweat and some mates involved then i'm usually right in the middle of it!  
Sports massage and soft tissue therapy has become a real passion of mine. I have relished the opportunity to study the human body in all its muscular and skeletal glory! I really love working with people and unpicking exactly how best to help them, combining my enthusiasm and knowledge to provide a positive outcome. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone back thriving in their chosen adventure.
